I was a new home owner and i had a pipe freeze and break it was my fault I have 2 zones in my heating system and we only used the downstairs so I turned the heat off upstairs and i woke up to a disaster so I called one of the larger companies in my area and they made me feel confused as to what it would cost and what they would even do! I called Flexible Plumbing and Mike came out to look at my "disaster" and he made me feel so comfortable he gave me a price for everything and when he was done it was better then it was before. His price was cheaper for the entire job then the larger company wanted to charge for half the work!

Mike from Flexible Plumbing was very professional. He made contact with me and kept me posted about the time he could get to me. He assessed the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. He cleaned up after he was done. My toilet flange was broken and after being told by ba larger company that i needed to have my ceilingcut, he came in and fixed a problemthat the other company didnt even mention and left my ceiling intact. I would definatly use him again as well as recommend him to others.
